Lean Six Sigma refers to the process of reducing waste (Lean) and variation (Six Sigma) for an organization’s critical processes. Lean Six Sigma training teaches individuals how to remain rigorous and relentless in this endeavor as a way to see increased revenues, decreased costs, and greater levels of stakeholder satisfaction. Six Sigma courses show students how to apply this approach to both the manufacturing and services industries.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt w/ Project Management
This project-oriented program includes Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training. Microsoft Project (a necessary tool for Project Management and Six Sigma Professionals) will be taught to the advanced level. Students will learn the basics of Lean Six Sigma and by the end will be able to apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies into a project.
To earn Sigma Certification, students need to complete a White Paper that implements Six Sigma Methodology into a project. Students will be awarded their belt from the instructor upon approval of the project. Students will learn the PMBOK methods of Project Management.Process Management Certification
This management focused program features the fundamentals of Project Management, Agile Project Management, and Lean Six Sigma. Students will learn about the DMAIC model as well as learning how to use it in business analysis and process improvement. Project Management courses will review the knowledge areas of the PMBOK including planning, initiating, schedule planning, resources, risk and stakeholder engagement. The Agile classes will teach Agile methodology, sprint planning, backlog management, Scrum, and interpersonal aspects of Agile. In addition, As a Project Manager you will master effective communication, management and presentation skills.Six Sigma Pro
In Six Sigma, certification represents an acknowledgment and confirmation of a person’s skills within Six Sigma. It demonstrates an understanding of Six Sigma and Lean principles, as well as completed assessments to hone their abilities.
As a Lean Six Sigma Professional, you will master Microsoft Office, Excel, and Project to implement your projects flawlessly.
