Reason for Nomination: Grace has been a huge part of supporting the team while working her own book. She goes above and beyond. She volunteered to send emails to disqualified leads for the entire team. Also, she saves and attaches exams and applications to the CRM for all sales staff. It’s the little things that count. Thank you Grace!
Respect
Winner: Jacqueline Eaton

Reason for Nomination: I just spoke with a student who had high praise for Jacqueline. The student, who mentioned she is 71, expressed deep appreciation for Jacqueline’s support. She shared that, given her age, she sometimes finds herself moving at a slower pace and requires more attention than other students. Jacqueline consistently took the time to assist her whenever needed, demonstrating remarkable patience and dedication. The student mentioned that English is her second language, and she found Jacqueline’s communication exceptionally clear and concise, which made learning much easier for her. She expressed that she couldn’t have passed all her assessments without Jacqueline’s guidance and patience. She felt heard and respected.
Accountability

Reason for Nomination: Recently the B2C team brought to our attention that it would be helpful if they had a Webinar to help promote and sell more Data Analyst training. We reached out to Genaro to see if he could put something together for us. He accepted the challenge and got to work. In a short amount of time, while teaching 2 cohorts, he put together a solid outline and a draft slide presentation. We are looking forward to running this new webinar and seeing the results! Thank you for being accountable and getting the job done well!
Simplicity
Winner: Ashley Glass

Reason for Nomination: Oftentimes when a department has systems and processes they’ve been using for a long time, it is very hard for them to change. Recently we identified that we might be able to replace Hubspot with a tool in Dynamics CRM that would save us a significant amount of money. The downside would be that Ashley would have to learn a new tool and do a lot of work to get the new system set up to work the way Hubspot did. The upside is that we would save a lot of money, we would be able to simplify the tools we are using, and hopefully simplify some of the data input work that sales has to do. From day 1, Ashley has set aside her personal and departmental wants in exchange for what is best for the organization. She has bought in on the value of Simplicity!
People-First
Winner: Robert Kuhlmann

Reason for Nomination: Robert is always one of the first to raise his hand to cover in a center when we are short-staffed. Recently, we needed someone in Burbank and found out midday to 9pm. He dropped everything to get up there as soon as possible to relieve Shannen and let her get home as soon as possible. Thank you for being selfless and putting people first!
