Patrick S’s Reason for Nomination: We are building self-study courses in our LMS and we needed some new recordings of Live Classes. Kathy went in and grabbed the recordings needed so I didn’t have to stop building the courses in the LMS. Thanks Kathy for being Accountable and living the values!!
Patrick T’s Reason for Nomination: The Burbank Performance Fact Sheets (PFS) from our website were not imported to ClientPoint, so they were missing for our Sales team to use. Kathy had to download over 800 pages worth of PDFs and separate them for each program. Then she uploaded all of them to ClientPoint and set up the documents to accept digital signatures. I appreciate Kathy adding this to her daily tasks and having it ready for use as soon as possible. You’re the best, Kathy!!!

Rena’s Reason for Nomination: Grace had one of my students who was having issues logging in. After talking to the student Grace recorded a video for the student to review. Thank you for thinking outside the box.
Robert’s Reason for Nomination: Grace has been very helpful during the transition to Dynamics 365. She is good at identifying potential improvements and has assisted testing issues in ClientPoint. Thanks for helping us find simple solutions!!
People-First

Reason for Nomination: With Mr. Tokeshi gone on vacation, Anaheim had a student that needed a Loaner Laptop to start classes. Patrick had set a couple aside with everything needed so that anyone covering the Front Desk could get it to the student. Thank you Patrick for putting the students first and thinking ahead so that these could be handed out easily!
